Great snacking alternative
1. 1/3 cup Hemp seeds (have all your essential amino acids) protein
2. 1/3 cup hemp granola (I like strawberry) 
3. 1/3 cup steel oats (I like cold) low glycemic carb
4. 1/3 cup yogurt ( your choice) simple sugar( carb)
Mix to gather and enjoy. This have high and low glycemic carbs and protein
